Guided by sexuality coach, Goddess Erica, our nine core exercises are Physical Therapist approved and focus on gentle, grounding movements to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, improve posture, and minimize pain. Suitable for all bodies and genders, this practice offers numerous benefits when performed regularly.
